The pieces shown on this blog are a representation of my new work. I begin with vintage and antique turned wood such as newels, finals, chair and tables parts to which I add found objects, paint and various surface techniques to create three dimensional figures. The focus is to combine my interest in used materials with my life long commitment to painting and the decorative arts.
